Overview of ASRHAE 90.1-2016 requirements with Matt Belcher

Matt Belcher is an experienced builder/developer and nationally recognized consultant, educator and author on the business of green building and sustainable land entitlement/development. He has been actively involved in the St. Louis, MO area construction industry for over three decades, including six years as a top building codes official. He founded Belcher Homes/Verdatek Solutions in 1993, specializing in building energy efficient, sustainable “high performance” homes, light commercial construction and land development management using effective, low-impact development. Matt is a skilled building scientist with more than 30 years’ experience in planning, budgeting, sales, quality assurance, program development and client relations. He is also serving as the Energy Code Consultant for the Ameren Missouri Residential Energy Code Support Program, where he provides one on one and small groups with technical assistance on energy code compliance.


**Note: Registration is per person for a single presentation connection for individual use and may not be shared with other users. All registrants must individually register for the desired course to participate and receive continuing education credit.
