Steve is a second generation native of Lincoln, Nebraska and a product of Lincoln Public Schools. After attending the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, he completed a four year apprenticeship program with the International Sheet Metal Workers Association. While supervising HVAC projects for local contractors, Steve received an offer to enter the administrative side of HVAC industry as an estimator/project manager. In 1995, Steve obtained his City of Lincoln Master Heating License and began a career with Lincoln Public Schools as the HVAC Superintendent.

Dan earned an associate’s degree in air conditioning from SCC Milford.  He worked as a sheet metal fabricator / installer and HVAC serviceman for a local residential contractor.  He then learned pneumatic and DDC controls with a local control contractor.  While there, Dan worked in various roles from installer, service, programmer, application engineer and project manager over 32 years.  He currently is the Operations Technology coordinator for Lincoln Public Schools.
