Roger Van Laningham is the Meter Services Manager at Lincoln Electric System. Roger spent 10 years in the US Navy, has his BA in Industrial Management from Doane, his AA from SCC-Milford. He’s been at LES for 39 years all within the Customer Services Division, the last 10 years in his current position. In those 39 years he served as an Account Executive for some of LES’ largest accounts, was involved in some of LES’ early R&D projects related to solar, wind, EV’s, field testing various high efficiency furnaces, heat pumps (air source and early geo-thermal systems).
