Sponsorship Information
 
Sponsors can select one or multiple items to sponsor on the donation form. All items are $500. Sponsors donating $500 are considered Bronze Level Sponsors, with $1000 as Silver Level, and $1500 as Gold. Sponsors can also give as a General Donation, with no associated sponsored item. Larger donations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 
 
The following below is a summary of the sponsorship levels with corresponding benefits:
 
Gold Level Sponsor Benefits: $1500 or more donation
· Bronze + Silver +
· Two Complementary Registrations for the Saturday Night Historic River City Cruise (includes two dinners)
 
Silver Level Sponsor Benefits: $1000 donation 
· Bronze Level +
· Two Complementary Registrations for the Friday Night Dinner Banquet (hosted at Henry Doorly Zoo Aquarium)
· Company’s promotional material (provided by company) included in Welcome Registration Packet
· Formal recognition in Friday and Saturday Lunch Banquettes Schedule of Events Flyer
 
Bronze Level Sponsor Benefits: $500 donation
· Company Logo displayed on the following documents/sites:
  o Friday Lunch Banquet Presentation (President’s Luncheon)
  o Saturday Lunch Banquet Presentation (Awards Luncheon)
  o Welcome Registration Packet Flyer (given out to all registrants at welcome booth)
  o Year round on Nebraska Chapter’s ASHRAE Website
  o Associated Event, if sponsoring individual item at event (golf outing, welcome party, etc.)
